Q:  Do you list or buy houses directly?
A:  We are direct buyers who will pay you a fair price for your property. We are not collecting a commission or any fees from you. We will work with you, buyer to seller, to find a solution that works for you. Receiving an offer will never put you under any obligation to sell.

Q:  How do you determine how much you will offer?
A:  We take a look at what other homes in the area have sold for recently, then factor in the cost of repairs. Keep in mind, homeowners who list their properties with an agent on the MLS are paying them about 6% in commissions in order to sell their homes. When you work with us, there and never any fees or commissions to worry about.

Q:  How much will selling my house cost?
A:  Absolutely nothing. You will not have to spend money making repairs or having the house professionally cleaned. There are other costs sometimes associated with the listing, such as paying someone to professionally stage the property and storage for any clutter that can turn buyers away. Q:  What types of properties are you buying?
Typically we are looking for residential houses with 3+ bedrooms, however, we are open to any property in the areas we are buying. We will consider the right commercial properties too!

Q:  What makes your services different from that of a real estate agent?
